Good Morning everyone!
I have had a very interesting week! Monday we did the usual, and played basketball! We played
for a few hours, and then when it was time to leave somehow we got stuck having to stay with this
16 year old investigator while his grandpa was coming to give him a ride home! Well his grandpa
was in no hurry! he was supposed to be there in 20 minutes, but he didn't get there for 2 hours!
It was kind of a long day, but it was fun to talk to this kid for a while! On Tuesday we had the
Elders From Wagoner come over for an exchanges! Both Companionships stayed in Tahlequah!
It was Fun! I went with Elder Call! he is from Colorado! We had a pretty good day! Then on
Wednesday we had Zone Training in Muskogee! That was one of the best meetings of my mission!
It just really stuck out to me! I feel like it really has helped out my missionary work a ton this past
week! Our district Starting doing this really cool thing! We started to have morning devotionals
every morning! What we do is every morning we get on a conference call and someone comes
prepared with a spiritual thought, and someone says a closing prayer! It is only about 5 to 10
minutes long, but it has been so awesome to see a difference in my missionary work, and others
have told me it has helped theirs as well! Friday and Saturday were awful! We found bed bugs,
and exterminators are crazy expensive to get rid of them! We did a few treatments Friday, and
Then Saturday our LandLord came over, and told us they weren't good enough! We literally took
everything out of our apartment, and either put it in Black trash bags to cook in the sun, or threw
it away! Then we spread out this stuff that is supposed to kill them! As of right now everything
except our mattresses which are in a protective thing, is still in black trash bags, and we are just
living out of them! that really kind of sucks! Sunday was pretty good though! I got the opurtinity to
bare my Testimony in Sacrament meeting! It was way cool! Well thats about it for my week! I love
and miss yall
